EXPERIENCE:
After completing my training and qualifications through Douglas College, Carson Dunlop Weldon Consulting Engineers and the Home Inspectors Association BC (HIABC) I obtained my Home Inspectors License through Consumer Protection BC in February 2012. I retired my license in 2022 and no longer perform home inspections for the purpose real estate sales.
This training combined with thirty years experience in building has given me the knowledge, skills and qualifications to provide a high level of service in facility condition assessment, commericial property inspection, valuations and risk assessment inspection.
