• COMMERCIAL BUILDING INSPECTIONS
Commercial building inspections include buildings used for retail, manufacturing, warehousing and other purposes as well as strata corporation common property. Our commercial inspections and reports meet or exceed the current edition of ASTM E 2018 Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments.
• 2-5-10 YEAR NEW HOME WARRANTY INSPECTIONS
As former Technical Representative for one of the four Home Warranty Providers in British Columbia I have performed more than 2500 new home inspections for both mulit-family and single family projects. These inspections are performed to monitor quality at all stages of construction from foundation to finish. Inspections are also performed as technical asssessments during the claims process.
My experience in New Home Warranty inspection and technical services has provided me with specialized skills and knowledge relating to the Homeowner Protection Act and Regulations, the claims process, current building practices and industry standards.
